Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Decant iOS app published by 2Vibe Müzik Prodüksiyon Edisyon San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. By installing or using Decant you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well.
1. What Decant is, and is not
Decant organises the skincare products you own and flags combinations that are commonly advised against. Its suggestions come from published ingredient guidance and from data you enter. Decant is not a medical device and gives no diagnosis or treatment. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or use prescription products, follow your doctor or pharmacist, not the app.
2. Accuracy
Ingredient lists from barcode databases and from photographed labels can be incomplete or out of date, and brands change formulas without notice. Always check the product's own label. Where Decant is unsure about a product's actives it leaves that product out of the clash check and says so.
3. Decant Premium
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription bought through your Apple ID, offered as a yearly or a monthly plan. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Premium until the period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
- Premium removes the free shelf limit and unlocks the skin check. The skin check is limited to two runs per day.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Decant on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell it.
5. Liability
Decant is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the app's suggestions or from data inaccuracies. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you.
6. Changes and termination
We may update Decant and these terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance. You can stop using Decant at any time by deleting it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
